Very bad experience. I was with my child and wife and first they allocated smoking room. Then they exchanged that with a wheelchair accessible room so room size was so small.

This was a nice hotel. We stayed there with our two young children. The rooms were clean and hotel was kept up nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Found food under bed. it was there all week. assistant manager seemed disinterested, otherwise experience was fine, nice area, etc.

Rooms need repair and renovation. Staff needs customer service training. Pool was good.

Breakfast except for fruit in-eatable. Extremely noisy. Children running halls after 10pm. Front desk help acted as if they were doing us a favor by providing a room. They said they had no rooms. I had already confirmed via phone the previous night. Maid service left windows open, so personal items are not secure. Furniture wood in need of repair.
